Refunds & cancellation
All payments are processed by Google Play. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly in Google Play. After that, write to us within 7 days at the email below and we will review it. Plans are one-time purchases and never renew on their own, so there is nothing to cancel.
ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮತ್ತು ರದ್ದತಿ
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು Google Play ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಖರೀದಿಯ 48 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ Google Play ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಕೇಳಬಹುದು. ನಂತರ 7 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಇಮೇಲ್‌ಗೆ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ, ನಾವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಬಾರಿಯ ಖರೀದಿ, ಸ್ವಯಂ ನವೀಕರಣ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Privacy
You sign in with Google, but we do not store your name or email address. We keep only an anonymous account ID from Google sign-in, plus what the app needs to work: your medium and language choices, your study progress, the doubts you send, and a record of your purchases. We never see your card or UPI details — Google Play handles payment. We do not sell or share your data. To delete your account and its data, email us from the app's sign-in Google account.
